PT. Flexo Plate Digital (FPD) is pleased to announce the arrival of Troika Systems' AniCAM EVO in Jakarta following successful hands-on technical training in the United Kingdom.

This investment is another step toward expanding FPD's support for Indonesia's flexographic packaging industry through measurement, process control, and practical technical expertise.

Understanding the true condition of anilox rolls

An anilox roll's nominal specifications do not always represent its current working condition. Blockage, wear, surface damage, and changes in usable cell volume can affect ink transfer, print density, color stability, and consistency.

FPD is preparing an anilox inspection and management service to help converters make better-informed maintenance and production decisions.

Anilox cell volume and condition measurement
Identification of wear, blocked cells, and surface damage
Data-driven maintenance and cleaning assessments
Condition history and monitoring
Technical reporting and recommendations

Connecting plates, anilox, and process control

FPD aims to connect anilox measurement with its established strengths in artwork preparation, plate making, fingerprinting, color management, and press troubleshooting.

FPD is targeting November 2026 for the introduction of its anilox inspection and management service, subject to final operational preparation and validation. The service scope and availability will be confirmed before launch.
